The Company acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not own, sell, verify, or guarantee any listed products, properties, or services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using WannaBuy®, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

The Company reserves the right to:
